It is really a challenge for many women to maintain their figure even after having a baby. Of course by breastfeeding you are in a process of losing weight, but you cannot rely on it to reduce the extra weight which you had put on due to heavy eating prior to giving birth to your baby. Before giving birth, moms are generally on a well diet as it is the best way to provide nutrition to their unborn baby and this is the reason for the added weight.

Once you have given birth to your baby, there is no physical limitation and hence you can go for exercises for short durations, as your baby will not give you much time for that. This drastically helps in reducing these extra fats but you have to be really consistent and well determined. Eat well and set small goals as this is going to help you measure the smallest of changes which will boost your confidence and most importantly always stay positive in your approach.
